EMU: Consumer Confidence deteriorates further in September
FXStreet (Łódź) - Eurozone Consumer Confidence declined to -11.4 in September, from -10.0 in August, the European Commission reported on Monday. This result is in line with market consensus.
Eurozone Business Climate fell to 0.07, from 0.16, below expectations of a decrease to 0.10.
The Economic Sentiment Indicator slid to 99.9 from 100.6 and below forecasts of declining to 100.0.
Industrial Confidence decline accelerated from -5.3 to -5.5, above expectations of -5.8. Services Sentiment grew to 3.2 from 3.1 and against market consensus of falling to 2.6.
