ECB’s Draghi briefed Merkel on QE plans
FXStreet (Bali) - According to Spiegel German magazine, ECB’s Draghi briefed German Chancellor Merkel and Finance Minister Schaeuble over the QE plans likely to be announced either this month or next one.

Envisages limits of 20 percent to 25 percent on purchases of each country’s debt
