New Zealand trade surplus surges above expectations

The New Zealand trade balance (MoM) for the month of June came at $ +414M vs $-100M exp and $71M in May. On a yearly basis, the trade balance stood at $ -777B vs $-1.26B exp and $-0.87B prior month. Exports in June came at $ 4.02B vs $3.90B exp and $4.08B last, while imports saw $ 3.6B vs $3.90B exp and $4.01B prior.
