Japan Eco Watchers Survey: Outlook rose from previous 53.2 to 53.4 in March

The Japanese equities index extended its uptrend, opening with a positive gap of 90 points despite weak cues from Wall Street overnight and rallied to fresh fifteen year peak above 19800 levels.
