ECB leaves ELA cap unchanged

FXStreet (Córdoba) - The European Central Bank decided to maintain the emergency liquidity assistance (ELA) for Greek banks unchanged at € 89 billion.

Without any increases, capital controls will remain in place and Greek banks closed.
