ECB policy is on hold for now, though markets will be watching president Draghi’s press conference. Greece will still be the focus, with reports suggesting that the ELA would be the discussed in more detail during the meeting. Now that the Greek parliament has voted, the Eurogroup will hold a conference call and trigger other national parliaments to start their procedures.

Fed chair Yellen will have the second leg of her testimony before Congress, today in front of the Senate Banking Committee. The Philly Fed business outlook has been running stronger than the NY survey, and is likely to ease back to 12.0 from 15.2. The consensus for the Jul NAHB housing index is a steady 59."
