Evidence mounts war against Syria matter of 'when' not 'if'

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - U.S President Barack Obama has been getting some key Republican endorsements to launch a limited attack towards the Syrian regime, winning the backing from House Speaker John Boehner and Majority Leader Eric Cantor.

As Bloomberg reports, citing Boehner, after a White House meeting with congressional leaders and key committee members: “I “The use of these weapons has to be responded to, and only the U.S. has the capability. I’m going to support the president's call for action and I believe my colleagues should support this call for action.”

Additionally, Majority Leader Eric Cantor, published a statement also supporting the case for military action. House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi also is thought to be backing Obama's case, saying strike must be limited, “There’s work to be done", adding "some will never be comfortable with it.”

According to Adam Button from Forexlive, "The timetable is stretched but again, it’s a matter of ‘when’ not ‘if’ the US will attack."
