South and North Korea agree to reduce tensions

FXStreet (Bali) - South and North Korea agreed to reduce tensions, the BBC reports, with a resumption of negotiations to reunite families after the Korean war also agreed.

As the BBC notes: "South Korea has agreed to halt cross-border propaganda broadcasts as part of a deal with North Korea to defuse tension after recent confrontations."
