Germany: Wholesale Price Index rises by 0.7% in September

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Month-over-month the German Wholesale Price Index increased by 0.7% in September, compared with the 0.6% drop in August, the Statistisches Bundesamt Deutschland informed today.

On an annual basis the German Wholesale Price Index fell by 2.2% in September, down from the 1.7% decline registered the previous month.

Germany: CPI climbs 1.4% in September

According to data released today by Destatis, German inflation rose 1.4% in September, following 1.5% growth registered the previous month. This result is in line with analysts' forecasts. On an annual basis German CPI remained unchanged for the second running month in September, as expected.
