Flash: AUD and RBA minutes – BTMU

FXstreet.com (London) - Lee Hardman, currency analyst at BTMU, noted the minutes from the RBA.

Key Quotes:

“The release of the latest RBA monetary policy minutes overnight revealed that their policy outlook remained largely unchanged retaining an

“The RBA noted the higher Australian dollar which if it continues to increase further ahead
will strengthen the case for RBA rate cuts to maintain looser overall
monetary conditions. The RBA feels the positive effect of low interest
rates has “further to run””.
