Sweden Consumer Price Index (MoM) dipped from previous 0.4% to 0.1% in October

The ECB President Draghi, while speaking in Brussels, dropped a surprise by stating the turn around in core inflation appears to have weakened due to low oil price and delayed reaction to stronger Euro.
