AUD/USD consolidates below 0.9600
FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - The AUD/USD faced mild pressure during the Asian session and slid back below 0.9600 where it has spent the last hours in quiet consolidation.
The AUD/USD found firm support at the 0.9580 zone and it is currently trading around 0.9590, recording a 0.3% loss on the day, with the latest string of US data having little impact on the pair.
AUD/USD technical levels
In terms of technical levels, AUD/USD could find immediate support levels at 0.9580 (Oct 25 low) and 0.9570 (daily low) ahead of 0.9525 (Oct 17 low), while on the other hand, resistances are seen at 0.9623 (daily high) and 0.9645 (100-hour SMA).
