ECB's Smets: March ECB meeting to take into account 2018 CP forecast

European Central Bank Governing Council member Jan Smets, is crossing the wires, via Bloomberg, noting that March ECB meeting will take into account 2018 CP forecast, adding that ECB's QE is committed until March 2017 and is open-ended.
