Latest developments UK ref vote: Nigel Farage thinks UK has voted to remain

According to news wires, Nigel Farage thinks UK has voted to remain in EU 'based on friends in financial markets who have done big polling'. Meanwhile, vote Leave campaigner/Tory MP Theresa Villiers also says she thinks Remain side have won the referendum.
