BBC, CNN forecasters join ITV, Sky News projecting Leave win

BBC forecasters are joining those from ITV and Sky News noting that Leave have won. So far, 305/382 results are in, with 52% for leave and 48% for remain. CNN is now also calling for the Leave camp to have won.
