Fed's Kaplan: We're at the point that it's appropriate to hike interest rates
During a Q&A session in Houston (Texas), Dallas Fed’s President Robert Kaplan stated that the central bank should be patient, gradual with rate hikes. Also, he predicts more bouts of weakness in Chinese currency, as GDP growth “floats down”.
