Fed's Kaplan: 2H 2016 was very strong - BBG TV

Fed Dallas President Robert Kaplan is hitting the wires, via Bloomberg TV, stating that the central bank may have to be nimble to revise forecasts and adds that there is probably additional labor slack. However, Kaplan notes that the United States is moving toward "full employment".
