EUR/USD dips to weekly lows
FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - The EUR/USD fell during the Asian session to 1.3632 reaching a new weekly low, moving away from 1.3700. On Tuesday the Euro finished flat versus the US dollar after moving in a range between 1.3650 and 1.3700.
Following a quiet American session, were the EUR/USD was unable to rise above 1.3690, on early Wednesday the pair made a quick 30-pip drop, that ended hours of minor movements in the price.
EUR/USD weaker on a stronger US dollar
Greenback strengthened in the market benefited by a higher CNY fix that pushed the EUR/USD to the downside. US dollar is so far the best performer among majors on Wednesday.
Currently the EUR/USD trades at 1.3637, slightly off session lows. According to the AceTrader Team a daily close below the actual price would be the first signal that the recovery is over, opening the doors for a probable decline toward 1.3548.
