The Secretary General of Organization of American States (OAS) Luis Almagro calls events in Venezuela a "coup" after Supreme Court seized the functions of National Assembly, AFP reports. Furthermore, Peru recalled its ambassador to Venezuela following Venezuelan Supreme Court's decision.
