NZ SOPI: Dairy exports forecast revised higher

New Zealand's Ministry for Primary Industries is out with its latest March edition of the Situation and Outlook for Primary Industries (SOPI), highlighting the following:

Higher value of dairy exports to restore growth to New Zealand's 2017 primary sector exports for the June 2017 year

Dairy exports forecast to rise 8.7% for the 12 months ending June 30, 2017 (much better than the 3% forecast in the December report)

Total primary sector exports expected to rise 1.4% (December forecast was for -0.8%)
