Too soon to declare success on inflation – ECB’s V.Constancio

At his speech today, ECB VP Vitor Constancio said it is premature to declare victory over inflation although he noted that the region is experiencing a resilient recovery.

Constancio said there is still the need to secure a sustained convergence in inflation towards the central bank’s 2% goal.
