Russia, Saudi Arabia in favour of extending output cut deal to March 2018

As per the Bloomberg report, Russia and Saudi Arabia are in favour of extending the output cut deal to March 2018.

This is a big positive for oil as markets were positioning for an extension till December 2017.

It is also being reported that Russia Oil Minister Novak is meeting with Saudi’s Khalid A. Al-Falih.
