Manchester Arena explosion treated as terrorist attack

Reports of an explosion at Manchester Arena (UK) are being treated by authorities as a terror incident.

Varies media outlets, including the Sun, note that a nail bomb attack may have been what caused at least 20 fatalities. 

Additionally, there has been reports of a bomb at Manchester's Victoria train station.
