UK, EU agree terms of reference for Brexit talks - Statement

United Kingdom and the European Union had agreed on terms of reference for Brexit talks, according to an official statement released a few minutes ago. Both sides will make three initial negotiating groups for Brexit negotiations, on citizens' rights, financial settlement and other separation issues, Ireland will be discussed separately.
