Fed’s Fischer: House prices rising globally due to extended period of low interest rates

Federal Reserve (Fed) Vice Chairman Stanley Fischer was on the wires last minutes, via Reuters, making a scheduled speech at the Riksbank macro prudential conference, in Amsterdam.
