Fed's Yellen: Productivity growth has been slow

Fed Chairwoman Janet Yellen keeps hitting the wires, via Reuters, noting that technology and globalisation have been quite harmful to quite a large share of U.S. Population. Also, she highlighted that productivity growth has been slow.
