US House Speaker Ryan: I believe Senate will pass healthcare

U.S. House Speaker Ryan recently crossed the wires, via Reuters, saying that he believed that the Senate will pass the healthcare bill and send it back to House for a quick approval. Furthermore, Senate Majority Leader McConnell said that they have made good progress on negotiations toward a new healthcare bill.
