China’s Vice Premier talks economy with US Commerce Sec. Ross: Xinhua

China’s state-run Xinhua news agency reported today, via Reuters, the Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang discussed China-US economic relations in a telephonic conversation with the US Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross on Monday.

The talks came after the US trade officials said Washington is considering trade actions against Beijing, including tariffs on steel imports.
