US Sec. Tillerson: Putin-Trump meeting was very constructive

The US Secretary of State Tillerson crossed the wires in the last hour, via Reuters, saying that the US President Trump and Russian President Putin had a constructive meeting and that the two leaders connected very quickly.

• There was no agreement on new meeting between Putin and Trump, but a working group will be set up on framework agreement about cyber and non-interference
