US Pres. Trump: Would invite Putin to the White House, but it's not the right time

US President Donald Trump crossed the wires in the last hours, via Reuters, saying that he would invite Russian President Putin into the White House but it wasn't the right time. Trump further added that he was considering using quotas and tariffs to deal with "big problem" of steel dumping from China and other countries.
