Analysts at Nomura offered their outlook for today's USD/CNY fix.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 239 pips lower than the previous fix (6.5670 from 6.5909) and 9 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.5679. The
basket implied change is 11 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.5668 from 6.5679)."
