BOE: UK headquartered banks must find an extra GBP 4 bln in "bail in" debt by 2022

The Bank of England (BOE) said in a statement on the approach to resolution on Monday, the UK headquartered banks must find an extra 4 billion pounds in "bail in" debt by 2022, Reuters reports.

Meanwhile, the BOE Deputy Governor Cunliffe noted that they don't want to run financial center that does not take risks.
