Russia’s Gazprom Neft CEO: OPEC-Russia oil output deal adjustment possible in Q2 2018

Alexander Dyukov, the CEO of Gazprom Neft, the fourth largest Russian oil producer, said in a Reuters interview on Friday, an adjustment of the global oil output cut deal between OPEC and non-OPEC members, including Russia, was possible in the second quarter of 2018.

Dyukov added that the global oil market was nearing the balancing point and wished that the countries would rather agree to increase production, not to cut more.
