Livesquawk reports overnight comments from the Saudi Arabian Energy Minister Al-Falih, as saying that the OPEC/Non-OPEC agreement is not a year by year project.

Last week, Al-Falih told Reuters in an interview in Washington, the OPEC members will need to continue coordinating with Russia and other non-OPEC producers on supply curbs in 2019 to reduce global oil inventories to desired levels.
