Putin could meet North Korea's leader in Vladivostok in September - RIA

RIA, Russia’s news agency, cited diplomatic sources as saying that the Russian President Vladimir Putin could meet the North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Vladivostok in the month of September, Reuters reports.

The sources added that other possible locations and dates were also being discussed.
