USD/JPY decides to the downside... for now

After an initial shake with extremes at 104.15 on the high and 103.55 on the low, the USD/JPY is taking the downside option and trading around 103.75.

The live FX rate for USD/JPY is now at 103.77, down -0.15% on the day, having posted a daily high at 104.15 and low at 103.55. The hourly FXStreet OB/OS Index is showing neutral conditions, alongside the FXStreet Trend Index which is strongly bearish.

RSI is neutral at 34.50, down from 37.35 at the last hour close, while ADX is ranging at 16.92, down from 18.10 previous.

Levels to Watch

The US dollar versus Japanese Yen would face next resistance can be seen at 103.80, (Yesterday's Low), 103.89 (Hourly 20 EMA) and 104.15. Next support to the downside can be found at 103.67 (Hourly 100 SMA) and 103.55 (Daily Low).

Currently, GBP/USD is trading at 1.6589, down -0.05% on the day, having posted a daily high at 1.6608 and low at 1.6554.
