Japan’s FSA: Japanese regional banks need to "get their act together"

In an interview on Wednesday, Japan's Financial Services Agency (FSA) Commissioner, Toshihide Endo, asked the regional banks not to blame the Bank of Japan’s (BoJ) monetary policy for their woes.
