Canada Official: It’s unlikely a Nafta deal to be agreed to this week

Bloomberg quoted a Canadian government official, as saying that a North Atlantic Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) deal is unlikely to be reached to this week.

This comes after the Canadian Foreign Minister Freeland noted that Canada is continuing to work very intensely on talks with the US. She added that talks will recommence on Friday following the conclusion of her meeting with the US Trade Representative Lighthizer.
