Fed's Mester: No comments on near-term monetary policy outlook

In her prepared remarks at a community banking conference in St. Louis, Cleveland Federal Reserve President Loretta Mester didn't comment on the near-term monetary policy outlook and talked about the changes to the Community Reinvestment Act.
