WH Adviser Navarro: Robert Lighthizer will be in charge of negotiations with China

White House trade adviser Peter Navarro, speaking to the National Public Radio (NPR), said that the US trade representative Robert Lighthizer will be in charge of negotiations with China over the next 90 days.
