Thamer Ghadban - the Iraqi Minister of Oil, crossed the wires in the last hour, saying that OPEC must have a strategy to achieve oil price stability and minimize the effects of geopolitics.

The comments followed an earlier report that OPEC producers are expected to reach an agreement to cut production by 1.3 million bpd at the upcoming OPEC+ meeting on Thursday.
