ECB's Vasiliauskas: No reason to change ECB guidance at this point

The ECB governing council member Vitas Vasiliauskas was out with some comments in the last hour, saying that balance of risks has 'negative outlook' but there is no reason to change ECB guidance at this point. Vasiliauskas expects ECB forecasts to be revised in March meeting that will focus on the balance of risks.
