EU'S Malmstrom expects to get mandate for US talks in March

The European Union (EU) Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmstrom was on the wires last minutes, via Reuters, noting that limited trade deal with the US could be possible by end-October.

She added that she expects to get the mandate for the US talks in March.
