ECB's Draghi: Being outside the EU might lead to more policy independence

"Being outside the EU might lead to more policy independence, but not necessarily to greater sovereignty," European Central Bank President Mario Draghi said in a recently published speech. "Outside euro, countries would be more exposed to monetary policy spillovers from abroad – not least from the ECB," Draghi further added.
