EU's Malmstrom: EU nations moving toward approving U.S. trade talks

European Union (EU) Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmstrom has recently crossed the wires saying that the EU nations were moving toward approving the trade talks with the United States. Malmstrom further reiterated that the EU would retaliate over any tariffs imposed on European cars.
