Russia’s Novak: Too early to decide OPEC cuts extension - Interfax

Russia’s news agency, Interfax, reported the country’s Energy Minister Novak, as saying that it’s too early to decide whether OPEC and non-OPEC oil output cut should be extended.

Novak also said that there is still time to extend the OPEC+ deal.
