UK PM May might not announce resignation until MPs back Brexit deal - FT

Reuters reports the latest tweet by the Financial Times (FT)’s Political Editor George Parker, as he expressed his take on the potential resignation by the UK PM Theresa May.

Parker said the close aides of the PM May could delay the announcement of her intention to quit until after a third vote by parliament on her Brexit plan.

“This would avoid the unseemly impression that some Tory MPs, e.g. Boris (Johnson), were backing the deal for base motives.”
