In light of preliminary figures for EUR futures markets from CME Group, investors added nearly 1.7K contracts to their open interest positions on Friday from Thursday’s final 511,041 contracts. In the same line, volume went up by almost 28K contracts, reversing the previous drop.

That said, while spot remains under pressure, a break below recent lows seems unlike in the short-term horizon.
