Germany’s Altmaier: Economy hasn't fully emerged from weak period

Further comments are out on the wires by Germany's Economy Minister Peter Altmaier, as he continues to speak on the German economic situation.  

The economy hasn't fully emerged from a weak period.

Domestic demand was strong in Q1.

Recovery will only be sustainable if the external environment improves.

Indicators point to subdued development of exports in the coming months.
