Chinese President Xi: We should defeat various domestic, foreign risks and challenges

Chinese President Xi Jinping was out with some comments in the last hour saying that we should defeat various domestic, foreign risks and challenges. We will set-up technology innovation and expand the industrial chain, Xi added further.

Xi didn't comment directly on the idea of banning exports of rare-element to the US but said that they are important strategic resources.
